IRONSTONE instructors are training professionals with over 15 years of leadership and teambuilding experience gained in both the public and commercial sectors.

IRONSTONE teambuilding and leadership events are tailored to suit your needs in order to deliver focused training programmes. Our unique events will stimulate and develop all participants whatever their position within your organisation. The terrain available at IRONSTONE is ideally suited for Practical Leadership Training, while Cranford Hall offers superb catering and presentational facilities. Teams, accompanied by an instructor, will drive themselves between various tasks in 4x4 vehicles. This removes the extreme physical aspects that some other training providers insist on. Off-road driver training will be delivered as part of your event.

While there are many theories, principles and complicated terminology often associated with leadership training, we aim to allow individuals to develop their own style using a system of coaching and discussion throughout your event, covering topics such as decision making, motivation, delegation, responsibilities, problem solving and communication.

There is no doubt that participating in team building activities and games will improve the performance of a workforce, however we believe that team building events should be FUN and not an ordeal that has to be endured!
